Kyril is the sole son and heir of the current king, which makes him the crown prince, and both his figure and demeanor seem polished to reflect that. Cold and decisive, he allows no one close enough to see flaw or weakness, and he's rumored to be a brilliant strategist. Fifteen years ago, his family overthrew the previously ruling Caliburn bloodline, being hailed as saviors upon presenting proof that the former had been dealing with a demon for their own benefit. The uprising was partly masked as the work of the World Ender, so the populace thinks highly of King Clarent and his son. He has a pet wolf named Deimos, which accompanies him everywhere.
